Judy Waterlow designed and researched her pressure ulcer risk assessment tool in 1985, while working as a Clinical Nurse Teacher.

The tool was originally designed for use by her students but is mnow widely used throughout the care of older people sector.

SHARP Records & Plans uses a licensed version of the tool and Judy has in the past lectured at our training days.
