SHARP Records & Plans User Request

SHARP users can login using the login box opposite and can the access a range of services:

  • SHARP specialist documents to download
  • Telephone Support Services 
  • AskSHARP facility
  • Direct access to help and support to use SHARP
  • Comments, feedback, communication

If you are an existing SHARP Records & Plans user but don't have an account yet, click on the button below and complete the application form that appears. If you qualify, we'll be in touch as soon as we can with your login details.  You need to be working in a SHARP registered care facility and you'll need to know your Home Manager's name and their permission to submit the form.

Once you've been set up as an authorised mySHARP user you'll be sent your username and password by return.  You can't gain access until you've been given a Username and password.
